Granola Bars Recipe

Wooh! It is the weekend. This weekend we also have the added bonus of having Anzac Day fall on a Monday – bring on the long weekend. Usually we take a long drive somewhere and we all know how taxing drives can be. You need to crank up the music and have snacks on hand to survive. We usually buy all sorts of junk food to fuel us. Hello from Nelson!

Goodness me, I can’t believe that I have been living in Nelson for a whole month now. How time flies. To my horror I also noticed that the last time I posted something here was in January!  My apologies. 2. Be happy and grateful for what I have.
  3. Exercise more.
  4. Lead a healthier lifestyle.

Oh, perhaps I will add in a fifth resolution this year – to write more frequently here on The Chai Ninja. Now that the resolutions are done and dusted lets get down to business.

Ever since I stopped Turbofire due to a back injury I sort of stopped exercising all together. I still had some spunk to exercise by going for walks etc for some time after the injury. But then we went on holiday and ever since then my motivation has just slowly dissipated. We still eat healthy meals mostly but without the exercise, it has just kept the weight stable. I guess it was the combination of a few factors which brought this about but lets not get into that.
