Sarawak Kolo Mee Recipe

I am so excited to be sharing this post with all of you today! As the title states, I am finally sharing my Kolo Mee recipe!! This is the stuff of dreams. I think it is safe to say that most Sarawakians’ abroad crave this dish, miss it to the point that you dream of it. Bako National Park Adventures

Back again (as promised) to tell you guys about the adventures we had at beautiful Bako! We visited during our recent trip there and it was a visit of many ‘firsts’ for me. Not too sure about M because he grew up in a semi-rural environment unlike me who grew up surrounded by concrete.

This month-long period is coloured with an array of sights and smells to tickle your senses.

As Kuching continues to grow, the number of suburban malls are increasing exponentially. At present there are  3 massive malls being built, 2 of which are only 4km away from each other. It is ABSOLUTELY mental. But then again I am not going to complain because I LOVE SHOPPING. So here is a list of suburban malls that I frequent on a weekly basis – when I’m in Kuching that is. I expect this list to grow in the near future.
